Alexandra Proctor Pilates Therapy
I can not recommend Alex highly enough. I had severe sciatic nerve pain down my leg, After the first treatment I noticed a huge difference, I had 3 treatments in all and would say that I feel like I am back to normal now. Worth every penny.
