Use this removal company!!  Reasonable prices, quality service.Mark, Drew, and Reis arrived promptly, and their friendly, professional, efficient approach allayed any anxiety or stress we had about the removal.  They calmly got to work, moving smoothly and systematically from one task to another.  Highly organised, competent, and efficient, they skilfully dismantled/reassembled furniture, disconnected/reconnected white goods, manoeuvred large pieces of furniture around tight areas, loaded and unloaded with incredible skill.  Any anxiety we had about the moving process proved groundless.The job was completed to our total satisfaction, and I would recommend IQ Moves for outstanding service.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They helped us move on friday and were professional, courteous and made the day stress free for me and my family. I could not have asked for a better removals experience. The guys were fantastic - very friendly and helpful.They arrived ahead of schedule and patiently waited until I was home. They worked tirelessly moving us from Milton Keynes to Reading with no issues whatsoever.They reassembled our beds at the new property, plumbed in our washing machine and unloaded the van to all of the rooms we asked for.Cannot recommend them highly enough. Particular shout out to Drew who had to put up with us for two days but all of the lads were excellent.Do not hesitate to use IQ.

I had a booking with IQ removals - and was waiting on exchange to then firm up. I emailed Russ to say all on track and our dates were the same as we had discussed and agreed upon. After 3 days i received this reply -Hi AmyI just wanted to be transparent with you about a situation which has very recently occurred with our vehicles. During a long distance job, two of them were stopped and found to be overweight (surprising for us, as the vans weren’t overly full, which caused us appalling issues, including huge fines.Consequently, the decision has been made not to carry out substantial size moves long distance, when motorway driving is involved. This is very unfortunate and therefore we are unable to carry out your move on the 9th of December.Sincere apologies for this, but as we are now targeted by VOSA, I cannot take a chance in these type of moves at the current time.Kind regards,Russ – IQ Removals(07496) 577110Utterly shocked to discover that i needed to find a new removal company with only 4 weeks notice! Unprofessional and clearly using the wrong size vans. I almost would have understood, but they did not contact me ASAP to make me aware of the VOSA situation and non motorway driving

Russ at IQ Removals was really helpful when quoting for our move. He kindly held our dates for us even though our exchange and completion dates slipped. The team, led by Tim, waere really helpful when packing up our house and moving it down. The only negative feedback I have is the laid for the furniture to be dismantled and then reassembled. However, two wardrobe doors weren't screwed in properly which we didn't discover until afte the team had left. This was a bit disappointing. I would use Iq again though as everything else was very goodm.

Russ and his team were superb for our move from Surrey to Devon. We had to split between the new house and storage and they managed this brilliantly. The team: Scott, Paul, Chris, Des, Dan and Chaz and Russ himself were great, very friendly and professional and used to dealing with people in the middle of a stressful situation! Their price was bang in the expected range too and we would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone...
