DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The quality is terrible! Our bed is broke already and was missing the draws we paid for, missing bolts and wooden struts to attach headboard. they never reply to messages or answer calls especially if you have a problem. Avoid at all costs… mattress quality is so so poor my back is now suffering!!

I bought a Chesterfield Sleigh bed from these guys over in Horbury and they really went the extra mile for me. As soon as I had placed my order, I got a call from one of their colleagues to arrange delivery with me at my convenience. Once my bed was dispatched I received a text from the driver to say they had set off, and then I got another call 45 minutes before he was due to land. Honestly, never felt so well looked after buying furniture, I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new bed! The bed is fantastic aswell, beautifully upholstered in black crushed velvet, makes my bedroom look amazing!! Thanks guys!

I have ordered this item and it came late and different as described on their websites. I did contact the seller about it via email and I've been trying to call the seller for more then 20ty Times. Seller answered the call and asked me for photos, i did send the photos and the seller is not responding since then. Nów i do not have a bed to sleep on as I've utilised my old one and i Don't want this one either. Again after alld Day of calls the seller answered and said they will send the correct product but they didn't. They keep avoiding the calls! I waste my Time and money for hundreds of calls to them. And i am still without a bed. Liars and worst company I've ever met. AVOID!!

I ordered a bed on 23rd February, how can I contact someone regarding this? Can't get through on the phone. Has anyone recently genuinely received the bed ordered? I'm concerned, just really want the bed we paid for asap please.

Scam!!1 star since the beds looks pretty. But they don’t last. At first I thought the Simba mattress had a dent. Until I noticed the bed was broken in the middle. I’m 23 and 67KG, I’m not heavy to break the bed.They stopped replying to my messages the minute I paid them. Gutted since I have them a tip after the delivery.

Ordered bed, was sent delivery date, my daughter needed to go to Hospital so I rang them and was told between 4 and 6, I'm so happy I choose cash on delivery, whole day wasted. For people who have paid you can contact your bank and ask for the funds to be refunded back to your account as they haven't kept their side of the deal. This goes for all business's as long you paid buy card or PayPal. Good luck everyone.

WARNING, ARROGANT OWNER. RUDE DRIVER. SMALL COMPANY RAN BY 1 PERSON WITH AN EGO COMPLEX.Order a bed and mattress, was promised a delivery date, waited in all day, to finally receive a phone call saying their delivery van had broke down and the bed will be received the following day. The following day I waited all day, their phone lines went straight to voicemail. No bed... The following week only after I had contacted paypal to open a dispute, as I hadn't heard anything. I received a phone call saying my bed would be delivered between 8-6 the following day...I waited all day till about 5pm, the bed finally arrived but i wasn't allowed" the bed I paid for until I cancelled the dispute. Paypal's advisers stated that I should not do this until it was in my house as I can not reopen the dispute. It ended with the driver getting violent and the owner swearing down the phone to me. And them driving off with my bed... At 30 years old I've never encountered such a bad company. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Ordered 2 single beds a fortnight ago and heard nothing from them. After 3 phone calls i got my beds. Customer service may not be the best but the quality of the beds and mattresses is first class.

Absoulte shocking.Ordered a bed last week for delivery today!Spoken to them yesterday to confirm, today contacted to see what time my delivery would be, was told someone will get intouch, we've got rid of our bed so they was space for our new one which as never arrived! Then I was ignored & still await a reply.Contacted via Facebook, they responded, and blamed the weather and asked what area I am? Which I responded and since been ignored!I'd avoid this company! I guess there having a bad day..

No customer service, my son received bed last weekend, which I put up for him as he is extremely ill at the moment, only to discover bases do not join as different sizes, been trying to contact company by email, contact us form and calling all of which I have had no reply,,. Now left with bed that cannot use, urgently need refund and collected.
