Bought Powakaddy that packed up within 6 weeks and after only 3 - 4 rounds, screen packed up and motor smells like its shorted. Disappointed to have to deal direct with manufacture rather than have the option to return the trolley for a new one after such a short period of time. I will buy online from now on if using a retailer offers no additional support.

Had a golf MOT at AG Broome Manor Complex. Had a great time with Colin and he opened my eyes to how important these sessions can be to any standard of golfer. Gave me some different clubs to hit and gained extra yardage but more importantly hit nearly everything dead straight… Why? I was using the wrong type of shaft!! Well worth a session and was under no pressure to buy anything but I think I’ll be investing in a new set of clubs :)

Super friendly, really helpful advice BUT my order for a new Ping driver has been delayed 4 times already so have lost all confidence in the new delivery dates they keep giving me hence have downgraded my review to 2 stars.

Broome Manor AG shop staff were excellent, managing to search, find and obtain a bag for me from another location so that I could see it for myself. Very good customer service.

It’s really not often I write a review but this one was a no brainer. Tom Watson on two occasions through two custom fits has absolutely smashed it. On both occasions taking the time and giving me the detail for the selection of the right club. Selling me what I needed not what I thought wanted. The customer journey was awesome, keeping me updated and sorting a few hiccups along the way(this was very important as I work in the sales industry and understand the process and the journey). As long as Tom is in American Golf he will fit my clubs, I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it. I’d recommend anyone to use Tom Watson or any of his staff in the shop as they are all very friendly and very helpful!

I was in the market to look for a new driver to replace my old Taylormade R9 driver. I attended a custom fit session with Colin from American Golf Broome Manor, Swindon . Booked a 1 hour driver fitting appointment and learnt more about my swing from assistant Colin Harraway during the session than I did about selecting a new driver.I'll take away and work on the advice, then I'll be back for another session to select the right driver.A satisfied customer who walked out if the shop without buying anything, but a customer who will be coming back again and again
