when food arrived it was cold missing a few things from order so called into shop to ask to get them delivered. driver came to the door with a horrible attitude 20 minutes later.

The nastiest, most disgusting fish supper I've ever had the displeasure of attempting to eat. The fish was past it, it really shouldn't smell fishy at all. The chips were greasy and limp. On their website they show a fish supper that clearly isn't made by them, what we received was nothing like that! I was starving when i popped in for a fish supper, so to not be able to eat the fish, and only a handful of chips, tells me how rank this place is. A dingy dive of a place, it looks grubby and the food is even grubbier. One star is too much for this dump.

1 star is generous, ordered one of the deals to be charged £3.50 more than advertised, got a women out the back when I complained who tried to be only what she must of thought to be intimidating, demanding I be considerate due to the cost of living and her bills are increased, so has everyone’s love. I explained as a business she should update the prices or at least make people aware on ordering and she was very rude. The food, was cold & disgusting only edible thing were the veg pakoras. Would not eat meat from here god knows what that is. Really disappointed, avoid like the plague.

I was visiting Hawick and decided to use this eatery (Not exactly a fish & chip shop) a general takeaway business, anyhow I required 2 fish suppers and there was only 1 fish in the cabinet which when I asked it had been there for about 30 mins so I asked if I could get 2 fresh fish staff informed me that it would be about 15 mins so I waited eventually after around 20 mins or so I got my fish 1 single and a fish supper got them back to where I was staying only to find that the frehly fried fish was lovely but the chips were shocking as if they had been there from lunch time and just terrible quality and the dregs of the frier. I did phone them and complained and they did offer to fry me some fresh ones but it was too late by then. Very disappointing and it would have been so easy to have given me fresh chips as I waited long enough. Then I went in the next night and they remembered me so I asked if I could get a fresh fry of chips which they did I waited long enough for them and would you believe it they tried to charge me £2.40 for them!! Needless to say that did not happen so remember to check your chips before you leave the shop.

Everything was cold I asked for a garlic and cheese with mayo and a full smoked sausage and a kids meal kids meal was just the scraps in the chip pan and grease was all over the kids meal

Without doubt the most revolting meal - and I use the term very loosely - I have had from any takeaway in Scotland, and possibly the whole of the UK. The whole thing was cold and slopped into trays messily. The chips were cold, small, wizened things that looked like they'd been picked up off the kerb outside by a previous dissatisfied customer and served a second time. My partner's haggis was greasy and rubbery, my rib" was as rough as the insole of a marathon runner's trainer
