Absolutely terrible my brother took his iPhone xs to get the glass replaced on the back of his phone 2 days after the LED went in his phone. Asked for a refund or for something to be done about it and was refused also they wanted an extra £60 on top for them to fix what they had broken.

Great staff, fantastic quality of mobile phone case. I advised the worker needed a sterdy case for when my nephews get hold of my phone .Not only did he give me a stylish but reliable cover but also put on a new screen saver which was more reliable then the one I had on. Brilliant price, staff and products highly recommend 10/10.

My daughter's tablet had a bad fall, the LCD was completely gone. I did not know the gays of Case-up, I had to ask around, I had a good feedback for this little shop and.... YES, They are amazing!!! They offered me the cheapest and most honest solution and fixed the tablet in no time. I couldn't be happier, thank you Case-up!

Dropped my phone and absolutely wrecked the screen after work on Thursday, gutted doesn't even cover it. I tried a few companies but didn't hild out hope of an urgent repair due to it being nearly 6pm. All that changed when I managed to get a hild of the good folk from case up. Without hesitation they offered to meet me at their premises and ope back up specifically to repair my phone for me. I couldn't believe the offer and was more than happy with the cost quoted. These guys really pulled me out of a pickle when they could have easily said no. Would 1000% recomend these eguys

I paid 220£ for screen replacement .staff is polite no problem with that but after replacent my front camera doesnt work at all and and screen glitching sometimes during game.i thought they are more proffessional but seems like not :)

100 quid to fix phone screen less than a week later can't make or receive calls phone dies on 50 percent battery screen goes black and the housing isn't even fitted anymore whole phone is falling apart. Took it took them and blagged me that they didn't do anything. Don't take your phone here paid them 100 to ruin a brand new phone
