Very happy with the service and the work by Sheaworks. They scheduled and communicated well the work they were going to do (which was replacing a broken heater in our flat). The engineer that came round to the flat, Luke, was very prompt, did the job very efficiently and afterwards explained the new mechanics and user interface of the heater. All in all, very pleased by the quality and the promptness.

Luke Thomas come by the property to review an issue we had raised with our boiler/electric. Luke was very professional and explained the types of he was completing. Whilst Luke was he he tested the boiler/electric however all seemed to be working fine at time of visit. When explaining the issues that had occurred in the last few weeks Luke concluded that it would be best for him to fill in a report so that a full assessment could be carried out. Luke also managed to restore our oven light too which was a great help. Thank you Luke.

Luke was yet again very helpful on his visit today. He responded to my message yesterday and contacted me prior to getting here today. Joe did a great job! He very quickly located the issue and explained it to me in an easy to understand way. He solved it on the spot and arranged for a follow-up action so it doesn’t happen again. In addition, he was very nice :)

Luke Thomas attended to our issue and it has finally been resolved. We’ve had at least 3 other people come to try and resolve our fan issue, and there was no resolution.We really appreciate Luke understanding the issue, and testing it too before telling us it has been resolved.Great service.

Luke was professional and polite and found solutions to fix all of the issues and gave recommendations on how to improve the energy efficiency. He did a great job.An improvement would be to give more precise arrival times rather than several hour long time slots.

Luke completed a full check on all electrical systems throughout our home. He was friendly, efficient, and professional in every way. I got the sense that he was incredibly knowledgeable about his craft, and was kind enough to listen to some of my concerns and translate those concerns into realistic, actionable solutions. I would have him around for more work any time!
