Inner Space Stations Service Station

Tonight I went to buy petrol. My usual stop on my way home as I honestly can’t be bothered to go else where at midnight. Never useslly have a problem until tonight. The lad approved my fuel so I pumped away. Then was stood at the door for at least 5 mins trying to get it to open. I knocked on the door,I waved. Unfortinstley when they realised I was stood their they didn’t even apologise. I ofc said something to the lads about it and they again didn’t even bother apologising. Asked if a manager was in and she wasn’t … asked when she was in so I can pop by some day and have a chat to her and they were just fairly rude. Was stood at the door waiting to pay and these 2 lads just sat and stood behind the till laughing away whilst a customer is waiting to pay. Not right is it really. I wanna be off home at that time and it’s their job to serve you… not lock you out. Had half a mind in just driving off without paying… Will be popping in to speak with a manager some point this week …

This place is so much more than a petrol station. Its a shop, a deli, a bakery, a coffee shop and all the Dr Who and Transformers statues are great to look at.

Be careful when you pay buy card in this place they said their machine was updating and took 2 payments from my bank I’ve been to ask for my money back 4 times I left my number and haven’t received a call back will be contacting my solicitor soon about this fraudulent company

Visited here tonight. Hannah extremely rude! Refused for me to use the public toilet. Arguing with me in front of customers! Saying I’m been rude and my attitude was applauding! All I did was walk in and ask for the key for the loo and she stated she doesn’t have time and she busy cleaning the coffee machine. (She was already behind the counter right next to the key) said she was going to call the police on me. Please review cctv and have a word with her obviously not happy in her job! I come every morning to clean my taxi I won’t be coming again! Refused to give me a complaint email or number or even the name to contact her manager!

Not very often you get a wow factor from a service station. Bit this place is quite simply exquisite!! And the nicest, cleanest toilet facilities I've EVER seen. Friendly and polite staff too.

This place is SPECTACULAR. The staff are very friendly. Staff was extremely helpful and helped me locate the cheese strings and toilet bleach. Would highly recommend the dog wash my dogs were so dirty and it cleaned them well. 10/10

Stopped off here yesterday. The hot water machine for tea was broken. The two girls working there put the kettle on for us. Awesome place

Never saw a petrol station with the following.. TARDIS, 2 huge transformers, Han solo in carbonite and boba fett on the roof!

The revamp is great and the staff have always been friendly. Feels very American with the new Stone Willy's kitchen, not a bad thing.The touchless car wash (when it's working) is a great way to get the car suitably clean between deep washes as it doesn't scratch the paint work.
