Ordered a big mac and really looking forward. Unfortunately it was tasteless, had nearly half a lettuce and hardly anything else. Sauce was non existant. What a disappointment, hadn't had one for quite some time a d won't have one there again

Only rated 1 star because I had to, terrible service from the red head who works nights in McDonald’s. Very rude and the boy with brown hair and glasses who works in WHSmith practically waited to finish his conversation before serving us. Also complaining about other staff members and talking about the prohibited subject that can get you sacked.

Decent branch. Timed it badly and ended up being behind a coach load of school children but staff remained friendly and efficient and only had to wait 6/7 minutes for food despite there being 20 odd ahead of me! Double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon was of passable quality!

The shear level of retardism displayed by the staff at this establishment is enough to make you wonder how these under nourished bag of hormones are able to dress themselves in the morning without being triggered! Wraps that look like they've been kicked around the car park, specifically requested no pickles only to find literally 12 pickles in my burger then they put a sticker on it with NO PICKLES written in the middle. How these children are allowed to operate cooking equipment is beyond me!

Very very slow service. Like it’s full of about 15 odd orders and only 1 ready every few minutes. Currently been waiting for over 8 minutes. For fast food it’s not fast at all.3 Staff are standing on the outside with customers leaning on walls 1 on her phone non stop. Maybe they are on a break.? Who knows what the food tastes..

The most dilapidated McDonalds I have ever been in. Service slow. Rain coming in through the ceiling. Really surprised McDonalds are prepared to sell from this property.

Highly recommend going to pont Abraham services McDonald's the staff are very friendly it is a nice clean McDonald's and I would highly recommend to anybody passing
