As an unfit exercise shy middle age man David, Mark and the team have worked wonders via their 1-2-1 Personal Training, Group Sessions and Beach Boot camps. Their friendly, supportive style combined with private Gym facilities really works for me. I never thought I'd look forward to exercising so much. Highly recommend!

I regularly attend the Beach Bootcamp and would encourage anyone to attend irrespective of fitness level.It’s a very welcoming and inspiring environment. Extremely good value at £5.00 per session!
