Fantastic stay at a fantastic place. A modern loft apartment with everything you need “home from home” with hotel touches. The beds were so comfy. Everywhere was spotless. We cooked several times and everything was in the kitchen we could of needed. Sally and Phil were really friendly and advised us where to go. Thanks for a warm welcome and a brill stay

We recently stayed in Apartment One for three nights November 2022. We were surprised to learn that ownership had changed since our last stay in May. But we neednt have worried Amelia and Sophie couldnt have been more welcoming and helpful. Work was being done on the property and there had been issues with the WiFi change over but the ladies made sure this didnt affect our stay. They went above and beyond. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, beds very comfortable. Couldnt fault anything. Good luck ladies with your new venture. Keep doing what you are doing you wont go wrong. Hoping to be back next year.

Phil and Sally are great hosts. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. We had some good walks on the new coastal path and the house is in walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We will definitely return.

Just returned home from a two night stay at The Old School House. Highly recommend The Old School House.Phil & Sally gave us a very warm welcome and our apartment was ready on time.The whole experience was warm friendly and inviting. The apartment was spot on and to a high standard in every way. We have already decided that we will be going back next year to stay. Phil and Sally are a lovely couple and made us feel right at home. Beautiful area and nice restaurants and bars nearby. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for 2 nights, owners were really friendly and very welcoming....We rented out two apartments and were really pleased everything was very clean... Comfortable bedding...we had fresh milk and biscuits.. Which was great after a long drive for a cup of tea. The roomsAre very in trend with the modern colours... I would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Perfect!!We were welcomed to the old school house by Phil, what an absolute gent. Very helpful and professional. The rooms were a great size and we enjoyed our 5 nights during lytham festival. All amenities are within close proximity including the bus stop right outside. I’d only like to thank sally for the lovely goodies and champagne during our stay. So much thought goes into those little extras, even the milk, sugar, teabags, fair liquid ect… I forgot to pack all these sorts of items. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Stayed August 2022 with our granddaughter's age 7 and 3. Beautiful inside and out. Stayed in apartment 6 furnished to a high standard and very clean. The garden is so relaxing and enjoyable. Our girls had a fantastic time. Location is great for the beach..pool.. splash zone.. town centre etc.A home from home feeling..Thank you Phil and Sally for a very warm welcome.We will definitely be going back.The Harper family.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were made to feel so very welcome by Phil and Sally throughout our stay. Our apartment was much bigger than we expected and was immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The garden was lovely to sit in with either a coffee or a beer/ wine. A warm welcome awaits you at this ideally located serviced apartments accommodation. Every small detail is thought of to make your stay comfortable and trouble free. It's spotlessly clean the beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There is little noise at night despite being on the main Clifton road so a very peaceful, undisturbed nights sleep was had by all. There are lovely gardens to sit in,.Great location for St Anne's & Lytham, can't go wrong.I'm a fussy guest but had no cause for any gripe whatsoever. The hosts Sally & Phil are so adept at what they do, nothing is too much trouble..I highly recommend this place to stay.
