Parsonage Farm Day Nursery

Absolutely awful experience. After waiting a year for a space we were told to pay a £250 deposit to secure. We cancelled this space 6 months before the start date due to finding a nursery in the mean time which was a lot less expensive and didn't require a deposit and would get our son in earlier. Out of the £150 deposit paid they refused to give us any money back when it is very clear they are not short of children to fill the slot so no monetary loss for them. Just us, a young working family trying to make it through a cost of living crisis.

Missed called me for no reason and then when I tried ringing back to ask why they put phone down in me 3 times... I'm not a customer but dodgy behaviour

Excellent Nursery. All 3 of my children went there and had the best experience ever. Great staff and management team.

Amazing nursery, the staff are all kind and welcoming. Our son has loved it here, he has developed his confidence and made some great friends :) and he even gets to do French & Yoga!
