Installing crew arrived on time and fitted the awning with minimum of fuss, despite very windy conditions The crew was well equipped and obviously well trained.

Fantastic service received from Outershade in both the sales and installation of our awning. Fitting was quick and the guys that installed it where both friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the company.

The Reviews provide a shining service received; in my case it was far from reality and with a substantial order exceeding £25k for some awnings, the customer experience was less than satisfactory - partly due to slow supplier response from Germany, but overall it was all about banking the money rather than delivering the service and product as the (only) priority. It may be a one-off experience but one which took 6-7 months to bottom out. Disappointingly, despite the rough ride i faced during the installation process, at no point did anyone follow up to check in from HQ to ensure i was satisfied - they had the cash and that was all that mattered to them. The Installers were undoubtedly excellent and under the cosh, but this isn’t the experience I would want to face ever again. For me - 1 star about sums it up.

Excellent experience with Outershade. Sales team were great. Installers were knowledgeable, considerate and left the place tidy when they finished. Had the awning installed in October last year and only now had the opportunity to use it. Fantastic service!
