We had a centurion eucalyptus which we wanted removed from our back yard. Tom and his team at Embark made the process straightforward and easy, all whilst providing a friendly professional service

I absolutely love this business. Craig is a really nice genuine guy, who cares about the trees and the services he provides. Craig has shaped our monster bay tree and straggly apple trees, he’s chopped down a conifer for us, and has now extended his care to the neighbours, who were also delighted with the care he paid to their gardens. He’s extremely tidy, taking everything away, so you barely know he’s been!I really like the fact that he was not comfortable attending to the trees during nesting season and advising us when the best time to do them would be. For me, that showed a genuine consideration for the world around him. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Craig arrived on the agreed date and time, gave us great advice regarding removing a large conifer tree and yew tree. With Craig's advice we decided not to completely remove the Yew tree (we didn't want to remove it but didn't know what other options we had). Embark were really reasonably priced and we could tell the team would do a great job even before the work was carried out. Mainly due to the professionalism and care for nature showed during our first meeting. We remained in contact between the quote and work date, with Craig sending recommendations and answering any questions we had swiftly. On the day of work, the team arrived promptly and treated our property with care. We are absolutely elated with how good the garden looks and how tidy the guys left everything! We had a 40+ ft conifer tree removed, and the Yew tree had a crown lift and a complete tidy up. I cannot recommend Embark enough, we are looking forward to using the team again for fencing and future tree maintenance. We've already passed on the number to a family member. Our neighbours are equally impressed and overjoyed! Don't hesitate to use these guys; they are fantastic!!

Fantastic service from Embark who took down two very large trees in our garden, working at height and having to negotiate over hanging branches into our neighbour’s property. Gave great advice before the work was done, provided a prompt follow up quote and we are really impressed with how quickly they did the job and how clean and tidy they left the garden afterwards. Really great job and would 100% recommend them.
