Ok, Cure Me!

Love this salon! Went as a one off to get my holiday nails and now I’m hooked. All the girls are so friendly & they’re incredible at nail art. Would 100% recommend.

Really lovely salon - the girls are so lovely and welcoming and I always leave with my nails looking immaculate!I’ve trained in beauty therapy myself and the highlights for me is the equipment is always sanitised, the results are long-lasting, and products are high-quality. All nail technicians are trained to a high standard and I’m always happy with the results. My nails have never chipped between appointments. You really can’t go wrong.Moving to Birmingham I always struggled to find a good nail salon but I found it here!

Had a brilliant experience at OK, Cure Me! Came to get gel nails done with level 2 nail art for a wedding, and would definitely come again! The atmosphere in the salon is lovely, everyone is super friendly. Becky did my nails exactly like the inspo picture I gave and I just LOVE how they turned out- might have to get them done for more than just a special occasion!!

I had level 2 nail art done by Izzy recently for a wedding I was attending, and img nails are immaculate. It’s a really friendly environment and everyone chats to each other so I always feel comfortable.

I get my lashes done with Rachel, she’s honestly the best!! My lashes always end up looking how I want them, if not better. She makes you feel so comfortable an will always check if your okay & inform you on what step she’s about to do next.

Love Ok, Cure me! From the minute you walk in, everyone is so friendly and the salon is always immaculate.Rachel is an amazing lash artist who takes so much pride in what she does. After you get your beautiful lashes done, she doesn’t stop there. She is amazing at messaging you if you have questions about your lashes (like how to clean them or if you want to get fuller lashes done next time etc). Rachel also takes so much interest in all of her clients and makes the time go so quickly that you look forward to just relaxing for the hour.I’ve gotten both lash extensions and lash lifts with Rachel and have loved them both.Ebony is also amazing at helping you book appointments and always on hand if you have any questions (her nail designs look incredible too)!Can’t recommend Ok, Cure me enough.

I am absolutely in love with Ok, Cure Me. It's not just the nails but the level of customer service and care that goes into every appointment and client. It is worth the cost for everything that comes included, plus how much they listen to what you want. Plus they are all super talented with designs fit for all.

Nail art itself was really pretty so I was really gutted that I left the salon with 5 bleeding fingers. The bottoms of my cuticles are still sore a few days on and they even managed to cut the top of my finger while filing. The blood was just painted in. Also concerned the polish was then shared with the client sat next to me.Tried to drop am email a few days ago on the complaints line listed on the website but it bounced back and have dropped a message to their Facebook but with no response. I wish I'd said something at the time but I didn't know what to expect really, it was only when speaking to other nail therapist that I knew it wasn't normal. Really wish I could write something more positive because as I said the nail art itself was really good and the women seem nice enough. But yeah gutted and hoping my hands look less of a mess for holiday.

Rachel is amazing! I have only had my eyelashes done once. When the appointment started she helped me decide on a style & length that will compliment my eyes. I felt very comfortable & was truly happy with my amazing lashes :)

Best biab I’ve ever had. The shape was perfect. Would definitely recommend them it anyone. Definitely going back again. So happy I found this place.
