I would highly recommend coming here rather than anywhere else, John the TV technician was always polite, informative and professional, the price was very reasonable and the repairs were done in a timely manor.After I initially called and explained the issues I was having with my TV (discoloured picture and black lines across the screen), when speaking with the John the television technician over the phone I then dropped my television off the same day so that he could inspect in and diagnose the faults with my TV.I waited only a couple of days before I got a call back from John whom then proceeded to explain the issue that caused my television fault.I drove a hour to get here because after speaking to the television technician I felt this was the best place to take my Tv to, there are several other electronic repair store closer but I chose this one because it had the best reviews, was friendly and explained what the issue was likely to be before I even took my television to be repaired, as well as being very reasonable for the repairs that were undertaken.10/10 I would highly recommend to everyone to choose here first, it was well worth travelling further out of my way to choose to have my television repaired here.I would happily return to this repair store in the future if I ever have any issues with any other televisions.Thank you(Re-uploaded review 5 ⭐️ )

Excellent customer service ethic, would gladly recommend this business to everyone to everyone. So we have used 3 different aspects of their service - 1. repair; a 10 yr old high spec tv was taken away to establish viability of replacing certain parts - when this proved not to be the case we took advice on a replacement - this was clearly explained and a recommendation was taken - plus we were able to ring back and get further clarifications once we had been sold to" by the various major outlets we went to see. Once the replacement tv was delivered Jack came out again and installed the tv

Went into the shop and spoke to Jack about a freesat box. He was so helpful and changed our hard drive from our old unit into a newer unit. He also gave me another unit to take away and try with another system. Fortunately we did not need this and returned it. They were all so very helpful. Cannot praise them enough. Many thanks. Tim

Very easy to deal with, friendly and punctual. Our TV broke down, no picture, rang them, they came out collected the tv for a very reasonable fee. Advised of the potential problems including it being not possible to repair. Within the time frame of two days they rang to say it had to be scraped and why. Went to their shop had a good rang of TVs at very acceptable prices and sizes. Staff were not only helpful and knowledgeable but friendly and no pressure. Bought one and delivered on same day. This compared to the service we received from a well known national TV supplier. A very rarely review but Littlers are 5 star plus.

Brilliant! I didn’t even think TV repair shops still existed but not only does this shop physically exist, it’s great!My Sony 4k stopped working last Saturday, after thinking the worst, I did a quick search as a last resort and this place came up. Gave them a call, was reassured by Jack and to take it in.He called me on Monday explained the issue and how he could fix it. It was ready on Friday of the same week all fixed and with a guarantee from the shop.Great service, great price and a warranty. Can’t recommend highly enough.
