This was in no doubt the worst Kwik Fit, I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting.In comparison to other centres, I visited in the past, they were unprofessional, not very friendly and zero customer service ability. I wouldn’t return here unless a life depended on it.

Just went for a MOT there and was a joke, they somehow created a problem with coolant in my car because they leaked it everywhere then aborted the MOT this is after previously failing an MOT with them and then repairing vehicle with them to fix issues for over £450 plus failed MOT cost of £50! Do not take your car here if you want any kind of service they were rude and could not provide me reasons about why it was aborted and was a complete waste of time when I needed MOT done as quick as possible, literally it said on MOT engine coolant cap was loose which they had loosened so spilt it everywhere so they aborted due to over heating risk what a joke! They make issues to charge you more money

Absolutely useless heartless idiots!!!!! My husband and our autistic daughter were travelling very far and they had an emergency and needed to fix their tyre, very far from home, and no one was willing to help?!?!!! Absolutely terrible attitude.

Huge thanks to Chris and his team in Newbury Kwikfit branch on London Road for sorting out my flat tyre yesterday. Having spend the best part of a day trying to navigate the excruciating frustration of fleet car bureaucracy & a very unreliable preferred’ garage, it was such a relief to encounter someone who just wanted to help get a new tyre in the car. Chris took care of everything and I couldn’t have been more grateful!

I was greeted by a really kind friendly man - he was welcoming and helpful- he helped me and my companion to get Into the office (my companion was in a wheelchair )He adjusted the air con in the office to suit us.I haven’t ever felt so relaxed and at ease whilst waiting for an MOT.

I am due to go on Holiday and I am not comfortable going on long journeys (especially when I’m the only one who can drive) so I got my brakes checked. They were quick and non judgemental when they told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes. I did feel a bit of plank for wasting there time. They were polite and understanding. They even accommodated my 3 yr old child with some drawing. I think I have found my go to place if I need any repairs. Thank you Kwik Fit

I called for a quote for rear brake discs and pads. I was then asked to confirm it was the front ones. I explained I wanted quote for rear brakes. I then got we can’t do it until 12th. To which I replied I wanted a quote before I book it in. I was then told I would be called back in 20 mins with the quote. Guess what I didn’t get a call. I think they clearly don’t want my business so I won’t bother again.

Was really looking forward to using Kwik fi, having booked my MOT with them. Arrived in the morning, waited at least 15 mins for someone to come through. And then the guy turned around and said he couldn't do my MOT! Didn't even call me to let me know. Won't be using them again.

The team were attentive and accommodating and managed to fit us in despite a full workload. The situation with our tyre was carefully explained and options were given without any hard sell" making the decision to replace the tyre much easier."
