Abysmal customer service, rude, unfriendly and unhelpful female member of staff. I visited the store on Saturday the 10th June 2023 in the afternoon. The bespectacled woman working there had the work customer service skills I have ever experienced. Will not be returning to use this store again. Atrocious.

I just want to say a massive thank you to the Congleton branch a very kind young lady named Danielle went above and beyond to help me with my photos and even was willing to meet me in her own time because I was so busy, these photos were for my mums wake, and Max Spielmans are very lucky to have an absolute gem working for them. A very kind young lady.

Store Manager, Dannielle, showed courtesy to a customer during a phone call concerning lost property. With a vivid recollection of the purchase she gave reliable assurance that no such item had been left at the store, and of staff checks to prevent this from happening. Excellent customer service.

The experience was amazing...I am a 75 old lady who needed to renew my passport....went to Max Spielman in Congleton to have passport photos taken and met this wonderful lady who couldn't do enough....less than one hour later photos were done and passport application completed and submitted...nothing was too much trouble..Thank you so much lovely lady...you made an elderly lady very happy and gave me peace of mind....you are a star xx
