Physio lack of understanding of situation and my health Tue to my cerabal palsy I need more time to do get information on lineThis appointment which should have been helpful left me emotional frustrated distraught

Shocked at how difficult is is to get through on the phone. 360 attempts from 8pm till 8.40. Next day over 60 calls to get appt. Person had sepsis. Told to have repeat bloods in a week. That's not how you treat sepsis! Surgery has gone down the pan.

Called and was told to do an online consultation, so I did. It told me o need to speak to someone so I called again, waited 16mins and someone instantly picked up the phone and hung up straight away. Terrible service. Already had 5-6 appointments for my back the last few months and no doctor even knows what the last doctor I saw did or told me.

Not sure why they are only 3.3 on reviews, have been a patient for over 15 years, can always get an appointment and the dr’s are all very empathetic.

Great surgery and pharmacy. Very polite and professional people.

I phoned Little Waltham Surgery this morning at 9.30am to get a F2F Gp appointment for today or failing that to get a prebookable appointment.The receptionists offered me an appointment at 11.40am today with Dr Agarwal.I gratefully accepted the appointment.10-15 minutes later I had a phone call from Dr Agarwal offering me an appointment to see the in-house physiotherapist.She stated that the physio may be able to help me but if not she would pop in to see me.So I immediately went to the surgery and saw the physio - Ms. Bexteshi - who after an assessment provided me with appropriate exercises.When I got home later the physio had emailed all the exercises to me for reference.As it turned out I did not need to see Dr Agarwal at all - so this allowed someone else to have my original appointment.I very rarely need to attend the Gp surgery but I was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with today.Thank you all very much - Martina Callan

The worst surgery. Receptionists are extremely rude when they eventually answer the phone. The doctors are not good at their job and will wrongfully diagnose leading to multiple unnecessary appointments. The chemist will consistently get prescriptions wrong or 'forget' to order them in. Awful

Quite surprised. First time I had to use the online consultation form to make an appointment. Within half an hour got a phone call making an appointment and then half an hour after that another call giving me a quicker, double appointment as I needed to discuss something with GP. Also had to phone pharmacy today re a review and they were really helpful. Very pleased with service. Online consultation form is a bit of a phaff but it works.

Says they open at 8:30 but if u need to make an appointment call at 8. By 8:40 all appointments are gone. I was on hold for 7 minutes and then the line was cut. And as always the receptionists were rude. Doctors are great though.

Although I didn’t get to speak to a doctor, I found the receptionist quite rude. She basically hung up the phone on me while I was still speaking. Typical small village service.
