As first time buyers we had very little understanding of how to go about applying for a mortgage. Our Adviser, Louise, was so helpful in cutting through all of the formalities and helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us, whilst our Case Manager, Yasmin, ensured we collated all the details needed and kept us up to date on progress.
