Anyone looking for Authentic teachers of the practice I highly recommend. Our classes are all ages and abilities and taught in a welcoming non intimidating environment.Returning to yoga with a history of back injuries, Raj has helped me build confidence and strength in both my ability and body.Their offers and discounts are impressive too -couldn't ask for more! thanks to all at Namaste :)

I've been to many yoga studios, but this studio is something else ! Raj and Gio are wonderful persons, they communicate their knowledge in such a positive way. They are dedicated to their work and to make the studio a constant better place. You are in good hands there! You will not regret walking in that studio and attending their activities. I would give this 5-star studio a 10-star rating if I could! Congratulations guys and I really hope our paths will cross again soon.
