Absolutely flabagasted with the awful customer service received via the phone.After looking at there website comparing there products to other as I review my companys warehousing and transportation needs, I notice one of the the products had 'Mega Deal Offer' bold and in Red. This obviously promted me to call (as it is a call to action) to get the price of this Mega Deal.I was then told that no prices were given over the phone, not event a guide But I HAD TO email in with my details, company details, delivery address and my requirements. To which I asked why was this needed as I know what I'm looking for and was just after a price to compare against other I had seen advertised on competitors websites.I was on the phone, knowing what I wanted and in a position to proceed.....and when I explained I don't want to have to e mail in, I was told not to bother then.....nice to be able to blindly turn down/away business!
