Big thank you to the guys at Absolut5, had there Signature system fitted with Kenwood DMX9720XDS and dashcam, quality install and top workmanship, can't recommend them enough, well worth the 10 hour round trip and overnight stay in Salisbury

The audio upgrade package for my T6.1 is quite incredible, what a difference it has made. And their custom underseat subwoofer setup is pretty special.I was so pleased with the result and their professional and meticulous approach that I went back and had them install a Webasto heater too. What a difference that has made to to winter nights!Back soon for a leisure battery upgrade.

Spoke to a guy on Thursaday morning regarding a harness for my Pioneer unit. We discussed extra wiring to accommodate the reversing camera which he said he would wire into to the loom, also explaining where to fit it. The kit arrived the following day with a note detailing how and where to link the extra cables.Very happy with the knowledge, helpfulness and super speedy delivery. Sorry, I can't remember the guys name.This will be my first choice company for any future requirements.Thank you very much!

I have been to Absolut5 3 times nowFor Towbar, rear lining and led lights, diesel heater and leisure battery. I couldn't recommend Jason and his team enough they have done amazing job and always give great advice.I will be going back for there signature audio set up and the halo 11 next year.

Absolutely delighted with the work Absolut5 did on my van - insulation, sound deadening, lining, mood lighting, electrics, solar, swivels, Webasto installation, Swell Shades installation, Loc8 table panel lined to match the rest of the van. The finish is fabulous - no visible fixings and all electrics hidden away. Thank you very much Jason, Noel & Mrs Jason. Hope to get back soon for audio upgrade.

I had heard good things about them and no doubt they are knowledgable and good fitters but when it comes to disagreements they are just plain unreasonable. I discussed an audio upgrade briefly by email and then called to continue the discussions and was asked to pay a deposit to book a slot 3 months in advance (late August). I changed my mind 3 weeks ago (6 weeks before the start date) and despite admitting 1) this was a standard upgrade package and had bought nothing special onto stock and 2) they had an long waiting list, they refused to give the deposit back saying that on the email chain their footer states a 10% non-refundable deposit was required. I said I’d not seen this, it wasn’t mentioned to me on the phone nor had they sent me any contract or even booking confirmation. I’ve since got my deposit back but I was initially told that under no circumstances would I get it back so suspect it was either this review or having passed it over to my bank which changed their mind.

Really helpful. Thought outside the box to solve the problem ( battery was being drained due to something unknown in the car. They also fitted a new radio) They were quick and efficient. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Wanted to have xenon headlights and front parking sensor's fitted to my VW transporter T5.1 GP. I visited the shop before my appointment with all the parts I had for the install, after a very short look at everything all that needed changing was the BCM and I was told I had the wrong BCM.Went away spent a lot of money for another BCM and took both BCM modules with me on the day of the appointment. I Left the van with Absolute for two days and went to collect only to be told they were unable to install the lights. The new BCM was incorrect and the original BCM was ok (huge waste of my money) and the BCM was coded for an auto DSG van not a manual that mine is.I later found out you can easily programme the BCM to be suitable for a manual. So the guys had installed the front parking sensors and told me they had tested them. Something had gone wrong as the left bumper panel was loose and not correctly installed and the right hand side parking sensor was not fitted correctly into its housing so it sounded off all of the time. I had sent an email stating the parking sensors were not working correctly but received no reply.
