Attention to detail and delivery of that detail on the day impressed. I guess all funerals must be unique one offs in terms of the manner in which families want to say goodbye to their relatives and on the day ours was everything me and my sister had wanted.

It took less than ten minutes from my call to Dignity for Granville Brooks to call me. After that point everything was taken care of. Mark and his team were professional, compassionate, caring, efficient and very respectful. They made the process extremely easy and led me through all of the various processes from start to finish. Good old-fashioned customer care and the perfect illustration of why everyone should have a funeral plan in place before the family they leave behind needs it.
