Some of the care workers we got we're some of the most caring people I've ever met and I actually made a friend in one or two of them.The problem however stems from their support staff being the most whiny, bitchy, unprofessional special snowflakes I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to, they have all the emotional agency of a wooden plank.While I admit that the fact they have even got off the ground is a small miracle they are falling fast for a group that just started not too long ago its not a good start.

My experience at srs is a good one. The management have always been very kind and friendly to me and given me good support and showed understanding.I respect how much pressure and stress the care industry is under and I have experience working for other care companies and this one was definetly the best.

I have worked here for a while now, and having seen how other companies run, this is by far the best one yet. I actually look forward to going to work. It is a friendly, bespoke company and have their clients at their heart. Everyone is approachable and staff go out of their way to help.

This service hires amazing support workers. They also have a great drop in center which is only accesable to clients who are able bodied as it is up a flgiht of stairs. The Office staff and one of their senior suport workers bully clients. They are unapprochable and rude most of the time. I have been left with less care after an operation despite voicing concens about needing aditional care. The service is unflexable and despite their marketing they cannot take physical disability into account.I suffered a senior support worker i had never met trying to bully me into doing things i was physically incapable of doing dring a care reveiw. When trying to rearrange care due to hospital visits i received a torrent of abuse down the phone about how hard it was to do a rota and i didnt know how hard the staff member had it.If you wish to hire a bunch of petty office bullies hire srs.This week i have been left with no care no alterative releif staff organised and have not been contacted by the office once this week despite a red weather warning urging people to look out for vulnerable people.I have only given this company a 1 star reveiw because it is nay possible to give it 0 stars

Excellent place to work. Everyone works as a team. I feel valued and respected in my work place.

My wife is still awaiting wages from November 2020 and now February 2021 still nothing.Very poor on this care companys behalf,SHOCKING!!!!!!
