Very professional and customer service is on point. Our own fault we entered the shop at 5.55pm when it closed at 6pm. We lost track of time and was unaware however they let us in and didn't rush us. We proceeded to buy a phone for a lot of money however Hussain and the head manager was still in the shop doing our transfer and process until 8.15 pm. Offered us drinks, seats and even let us watch the football while we waited. Would definatly recommend

Avoid!!!!! Took my sons phone in to get his battery changed to what we thought was a legitimate Apple battery. The company then said they didn’t have apple branded batteries left but would put another one in. He did, without permission. We refused and I asked them to put original battery back We then took the phone to Apple who told us that pocket geek had not put the original battery back in after all.Scamming, dishonest people!

BEWARE. Took my daughters phone in with a flickering screen. They offered to fix the phone for £100 or transfer the data to a Grade A" preowned Samsung A20e for £90 so we opted for the Samsung after being reassured that if it goes wrong in 3 months they will repair or take it back. After a couple of weeks we noticed minor issues but the issues started occurring more frequently so we took it back. They said they would repair it. We took it back a couple more times. Today they said they repaired it but after 30 minutes the phone was unusable. Now they are offering to swap it for any phone on display (doubt whether any will work) but no refund. I feel scammed. I hope you aren't."

Great customer service very helpful. Called them regarding my s10 not charging and they assisted me with prices and the viable issues before diagnostics were carried out which helped me make my mind up about it being worth the repair. Sajid was very polite and helpful over the phone and in branch. And they are pretty cheap. So win win.and they informed me the replacements wouldn't be Samsung originals so very upfront

Had my laptop repaired last year and Lappy has been absolutely fine and wonderful. Needed help with printing a paper whilst in Touchwood, asked for help in the shop and it was done straight away. Pocket geek Tech is the best.

My 2017 Mac Book Air needed a new battery, they ordered the battery in, it arrived within a coupe of days & did the work in under an hour. It's now all sorted. Great service, helpful staff & excellent value.

Took my Samsung s10 5g in for a screen replacement through my phone insurance they did a pretty good job (new genuine Samsung parts) all within 2 hours, very polite and professional and I'm quite picky so I'd highly recommend this place.

Got my phone wet and locked out of another, the guys were fantastic. Sorted it out, didn't give up even though it needed extra arts and really efficient service and good price. Thanks so much

Not to be trusted, had my screen repaired there, and after a few conversations they assured me original. Apple parts would be used and had to be ordered in a couple of days later they phoned to say my parts had arrived to drop my phone in after receiving my phone back. It was clear that they put a nongenuine parts on and not an original at all at my cost complete scammers, and would not use again. If you do use them, make sure you get everything in writing as they are complete liars.
