We purchased a vacuum from Smith & Osman over a year ago which has worked well ever since--good high quality product. Just recently my children managed to put their toys into the fan on the vacuum, and the gentleman at the shop kindly took the vacuum apart and removed the toys for free. Excellent customer service; highly recommended.
