Very poor van rental service due to... no service at all. Three days before writing this feedback, I have completed the enquiry and I was waiting for the reply. ANY reply. At the time, I still had options to use reputable van hire company such as Hertz, Euro or Arnold, but stupiditly I decided for more local company to me (also because of the Redbridge flyover mess - with huge queues everywhere).As per their T&C, I have sent two reminders/questions - what's happening with my enquiry and van booking. No reply whatsover. Enquiry nr PHYT446230e.In my opinion - avoid at at all cost and really use well known brands, £10 or £20 quit more, but at least you will not have to remove the seats from your own car to transport some goods, when they fail you.Thank you for the experience.
