Tori is really easy to contact, she replies to my messages quickly and shares updates (both pre groom and during). She takes time to understand how I would like my dog groomed, and does a wonderful job. The whole process takes a couple of hours.

Dennis loves Tory at The Dog Pod. He always comes back looking and smelling amazing. She is quick to respond to any message and is helpful friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

The Dog Pod is amazing!As soon as we arrived at The Dog Pod, I knew I would be 100% happy leaving Chester, my cocker spaniel, in Tory's care. There's a lovely calm atmosphere and Tory went through how I wanted Chester groomed with great attentiveness and attention to detail.The Pod itself is modern and clean. Tory ensured social distancing measures were adhered to, wore a mask and provided hand sanitiser.Chester clearly had a brilliant time. He wasn't stressed at all, despite this new experience. On collection he was his usual happy self.You can tell that Tory really cares about all of her fluffy clients and their wellbeing is her absolute top priority. We will definitely be back!I recommend The Dog Pod to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, talented and kind dog groomer who will look after your dog with the care you would yourself.
