Really helpful, friendly lady behind the counter. I had a problem with a RC car battery and she was very knowledgeable about it, even though they don't strictly deal with RC cars.

Have to say this place is the best and the owners are amazing. You get all the help and honest advise you need at this shop without being ripped off. The owners are always happy to help and always with a smile. Just reminds me of the shops I used to go to as a child. Fab place.

Outstanding customer service. The chap we dealt with was friendly, offered advise, answered any question to a great standard. Travelled a fair way to go here and we do not regret it. I will be going back to purchase an RC car. The best model shop I have been into for a long time. Thank you for such great customer service but a laugh also!We will be seeing you soon!

Wonderfull service at very competitive prices.Brian could not have been more helpfull.We really enjoyed our shopping experience even though we traveled a fair distance.I will be going back to Brain, for all my modeling requirements.Many thanks again Brian for all your help and advice.

Actually has a decent range of spares! Props, spinners, canopies, coverings, glues etc. Some stock has not moved for years but worth a visit for essential supplies.

This shop has everything for the hobbyist be it planes, boats, trains war games, it deserves a visit no matter what your looking for. Brian and Sue could not be more helpful, Brian even took the time to search the net in a effort to assist me with some research I was doing, now if that isn't customer care, I don't know what is, won't go anywhere else in Bolton, if they haven't got it in stock, I'll wait, because they will order it for you.

what an absolute pleasure to deal with Brian, last of a dying breed he went out of his way to make sure my bait boat was up and running better than ever. I would recommend this lovely chap to anyone. Absolute legend who knows his stuff !!!!!!
