Great supermarket only downfall there was no one monitoring the small garden centre,which was a health and safety risk due to being untidy. There was no member of staff to ask questions of, and you had to go back into the store and walk around to the tills to make a purchase after doing your main shop. As the garden centre is by the main entrance not the bottom near the seafront and bus stop entrance.

I’ve been working away from home in Seaburn for the last 18 months and shopping at the Morrisons at least once a week. Every time I go to order from the hot food section (chicken nuggets, waffle fries etc.) there’s nobody there to serve you. Today there was a queue of 3 of us waiting for up to 15 minutes to be served until we gave up and opted for a cold meal instead. Good supermarket unless you want to be served by someone.

No fork in the whole store to eat your salad from the salad bar, not even in the picnic section, coffee machine was not working, cigarettes I requested not available, nor were the ones I asked for as an alternative, I actually walked over to the petrol station where they did have some.. the worst supermarket I've ever been in, by a country mile.. disgraceful!

One of our favourite shopping store's their prices like every where have gone up but still a fantastic store to shop.. Seaburn Morrison store ....it's been a long time since we were there but it still has not changed. We were hoping to make some ham shank soup but this perticular store did not have any so we will try somewhere else. Not a lot of people there for mid-day so we got around the store easy and quickly. 8\10 for food stock..

There weren't any wheelchair trolleys at the entrance and when we asked at customer service we were advised to Look round the car park for one". Hardly helpful. We went elsewhere"

As a regular shopper to Morrisons, I was very disappointed to received a parking fine after shopping and lunch at Morrisons; they seriously need to cut ties with the extortionate, money grabbing Euro car parks. Disgraceful, and will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I don't live near a Morrisons but I'm happy to drive 40 minutes to shop there. The fish counter, butcher and bakery section are always immaculately clean. Excellent produce at decent prices. The staff have always been really helpful and friendly. Ample parking right next to the entrance. Never a queue to pay so great for a quick shop. 5* in my opinion.

I visited to morrisons yesterday and I saw some neck oil beer advertised at 16 pounds for a pack I travelled 3 miles away to southshilds and the price for the same pack was 19 pounds how does that work 3 pounds different from the other. Things are going up fast but 3 pounds in 10 minutes drive

A worker at self checkout accused me off stealing no apologie when she realised she was in the wrong, I will not go back to this morrisons again. Good cafe though.
