Was missing one item from my order so I called them. I talked with a lovely lady who was a big help and really made our day. We got our missing item and some plus sweet treats as well. Thank you so much for being so nice and helpful! The food was really delicious! Definitely going to order more!

Would have given zero stars. Unorganised and rude staff, tried to order from the breakfast menu before 11am to be told there was no product to sell.

Greggs in Westfield, it certainly lives up to it’s reputation. It has a good variety of sandwiches, and pastries. It is clean, plenty of space, quick service, open late.Their chicken korma baguette is just as you would expect from Greggs. Maintains a good temperature, filling. Subtle flavour not overpowering. Filling just tight, it does not gush out all over the place.

Waiting time was around 10 minutes, some of the pastries were burnt, when I got my patty it was cold had to ask for it to be reheated. Customer service was alright, service was a bit rushed other then that Greggs is Greggs you can’t go wrong with it !!

As a keto-vegan-gluten intolerant yoga instructor, I was very pleased with the pepperoni pizza. Literally the best cheat food of my life. The positive aura of the staff opened up my chakras after a night of binge drinking grappa. NAMASTE.
