Got a takeaway scone set that comes with two scones two clotted creams and a strawberry jam. Was delicious and the scone was perfectly crumbly and moist. Will most definitely come back

Really lovely place, normal portions of food and really nicely presented and tastes wonderful. Really homely feel and friendly. Have been to a lot of places to eat in newquay and Perranporth this is by far the best place to come. Really good prices for what you get as well!

Had the afternoon cream tea at Paulines. Food was great and the tearoom itself feels very cosy and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful.

I absolutely love their turnovers. They are not overly sweet and have a soft and fluffy texture that leaves a lasting impression. I also adore their scones, which are soft and delicious. Paired with clotted cream and jam, it's a perfect combination, creating a perfect afternoon tea experience. It has completely changed my perspective on afternoon tea, I never knew it could be this delicious.

When I am looking for somewhere in Newquay to buy cake, Pauline's is always the first place I think of! And like many other locals, I'm not the only one to think like this! Fantastic selection of cakes and sandwiches on display, and a cafe upstairs too!

Popped into here as we saw lots of lovely treats in the window and some are to die for. But only got the sandwich deal they had on as need to something for our trip back home. Prices were reasonable and you had a choice per item included which was very good. Had a queue out the shop which illustrated how popular it was.

Best high tea we've ever had! Incredible value and VERY highly recommended. Personal choice of sandwiches came with side salad/coleslaw. Beautiful scones and cakes. Everything tasted so fresh and homemade and presentation was so perfect! Amazing effort from staff whom were all so lovely. A very memorable place for us. We shall be back without a doubt when in Cornwall again. Thank you to an amazing team!

Always come to Paulines when in Newquay. Fantastic takeaway lunch deal. Choice of sandwich, drink, crisps and cake slice in a brown lunch bag. The ones I chose were £5.90 a deal. They also do baguette and pasty deals and also have amazing cakes and pasties etc. Just demolished my ham salad sandwich. Absolutely scrumptious! Quick service and friendly staff. I highly recommend Paulines

Came here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. The food was so tasty, we had a Cornish pasty and an afternoon tea. The afternoon tea came with a sandwich of your choice, 1 scone with cream and jam, 3 cakes and then a drink of your choice. You could have ANY drink off the menu, so I had a chocolate milkshake with ice cream.The service was really good, all the team we came across were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
