I can't begin to express the immense delight I had with DKNI Chauffeurs Belfast professionalism and promptness as well as with my driver, Darren J. Jackson.It was such a welcomed surprise to having my car waiting 15 minutes prior to my departure outside my hotel and to have a text sent to my phone with all the details regarding the time, vehicle, driver and phone number as confirmation my car was on its way. I didn't have to stand in the pouring rain outside my hotel wondering whether the car would arrive on time or if I would be delayed due to some unforeseen circumstance or worse, be stranded and not get to my hotel in Donegal which was two and half hours away.Darren was prompt, dressed in a suit and tie and had cold bottles of water in the car which I had requested when I made my reservation. The service and communication Darren at DKNI provided is second to none, we had every confidence that his driver, Michael, would be there to pick us up from the airport and also to deliver us back in plenty of time for our flight home. The Mercedes was clean and roomy and Michael was a wealth of information pointing out all of the points of interest so we would know how to get from A to B in the city from our hotel.We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. We received a friendly, helpful and professional service that went far and above our expectations and feel that we have made friends in Belfast that we can rely on for transportation to/from the airport and for tours.Keep doing what you are doing, it works perfectly.
