Worst company for carpetsDon't bother and go some where like carpet rightRude customer service. Say they ring to give you a time slot but don't bother so you have to do running around and ring them

Both my mum and I bought beds from here and we had first class customer service. They delivered the beds for free and assembled them before they left. I would definitely recommend as the prices were very competitive aswell.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the spacious, well laid-out warehouse, to the range of goods available and the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, this is the place to go for bedding, carpets etc. We bought a mattress a couple of years ago and were impressed by the value for money and service then, so when we needed a new bed for unexpected guests over Christmas it was our first destination. And they did not let us down. We chose a lovely memory foam bed at a fantastic price, which the guys at Crystal went out of their way to make sure was delivered in plenty of time, in fact by 9am the next day! Brilliant.
