Don't bother... I stood at the (massive) help desk/counter, which is hidden round the back, for quite a few minutes. There were at least 5-6 uniformed blokes milling about avoiding eye contact...the usual non existent customer care skills that you expect in these places.I wasn't expecting waiter service, just a I'll be with you on a minute" etc..I'm a 17 stone 6 foot bloke

Called in after ordering online for a click and collect ( not a big order either but still cheaper than elsewhere).Staff were extremely helpful although it was very very busy. It was even put in my car for me (I'm knocking on a bit now) The manager Tom has an excellent team in place. I would not hesitate to go again for any building products I may need.

First time here to look at some paving stones ,Shaun was extremely helpful even though I interrupted him in the middle of him lifting some heavy items ,it was no bother to him ,he took us to see the paving on display which was ideal ,and we were able to decide there and then what we wanted ,without his help we’d still be looking ,excellent service ,we’d definitely go here again

The staff here are very friendly, and go out of their way to help you. This is all on top of the fact that it's great value - far better than somewhere like Wickes.

My name is Gordon Taylor of Taylor Diamond Installations.I rang this company for a price for 200m of redwood shiplap and Steve told me he would call me back with a price and to let me know if they had any in stock and so I waited 3 hoursBut never got the call so I rang back, I got another person on the phone who said they were very busy, he then said he would call me back with a price for the timber ,guess What!!No call back.I will not be calling them back for anything in the future.No customer service at all.Thank you for nothing.
