Straightforward booking process. I needed some help when making an adjustment to our booking and after emailing support I was contacted almost immediately with a resolution. Very helpful customer care team.

In a moment of panic when all the tickets did not come through on the same day, I double booked tickets for the festival. After initially being told by email, I could not get a refund, I phoned and spoke to a very professional and lovely young man called Eben. He could not have been more patient, polite and professional. He resolved the matter for me in a matter of minutes. It would be lovely if all Customer Service Departments had somebody like Eben working for them! He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I could not thank him enough. J. I bought two 3 Day tickets for Moseley Folk way back in April 2023. With the date of the festival fast approaching I had better get the tickets out. I could not find them or any record of having received them. All I could find was the entry on my bank account showing that I had bought them. I contacted Ticket sellers and explained the situation. The customer service staff bent over backwards to help me, eventually finding a record of my purchase but under a different name and card number. Turns out my wife had used her card and details to buy them - our joint account does not show which of us makes a particular purchase.I have nothing but praise for Ticket sellers and their staff.

I had bought tickets to Moseley Folk festival and hadn't realised I had been charged twice until the day before when I tried to change a name on the tickets. I then couldn't download new ones! - I went early to the festival and luckily the selling team were there and were brilliant, refunded me straight away and advised me how to get in to the festival - very impressed with their customer service!

I bought 2 tickets to Shambala but then was unable to go due to a family illness. Irene in customer services was totally brilliant. She was really responsive on email, and got us approval from her manager to get our tickets refunded. Such excellent service.

Ticket Sellers were great to deal with. I'd made an error when buying tickets that I didn't realise until the day of the gig and was struggling to find the email with my ticket on. Turns out I'd spelt my email address wrong and it had gone to some random other person! Ticket Sellers were great at solving the problem and emailing me my ticket to the correct email address :-)

TicketSellers customer service was great when I bought tickets for the Towersey festival this summer. I needed extra help due to being my daughter's carer, and the team were so helpful! I even made a mistake and bought two car parking passes, so I emailed to request a refund. They responded very quickly and processed the refund no questions asked. I received great customer service from Ash, Jo and Mary, very happy!
