Terrible communication, kept on chasing with no result, and lots of misunderstanding along the way, asked to pay upfront but only did half the work we asked for, now we are asked to pay more if we want to do the rest, felt scammed.

Absolutely terrible company. Broke our heating system then blamed everything and everyone but themselves, even though the odd job man who fitted a radiator wrong told us he had broken it. As a Disabled ex servicemen I advise steering clear of such a dishonest bunch. Shame on them

What should have been a simple and straightforward project has turned into a nightmare. They set out a schedule of work and what needs to be done but they don't stick to it. All the arch away wood work needs to be removed dew to bring twisted and not straight as it's out by almost an inch.My flooring was damaged due to a worker not taking proper care leaving me out of pocket.The overall work manship is just a joke. Stay well clear of this company theses problems seem to happen alot
