My recent visit to this place was the final straw. I've been to this place a few times and tried out various hairdressers for my simple hair cut. They never cut the way I asked, and they were always way too short.But this last hair cut removed a significant portion of my hair. My hair was originally 'just' below the shoulder, and I wanted it trimmed to 'just' above the shoulder.I now resemble Willy Wonka from 2005! She had cut it at least an inch! I am never going back there again!

Showed up at 9:09am for my appointment and the receptionist said she’d given me 5 mins and assumed I wasn’t coming. Refused to do my blowdry. I apologised for being late but she just stared at me and was not helpful at all. I know I was late but 5mins is not standard grace period for clients.

First visited a few weeks ago. Great salon and Gemma was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with the results and can't wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend.
