Great quality, great price, great service.

I ordered my flooring and set a date for the fitting, a fitter came without the flooring and had to wait for Lucian to deliver the flooring. Lucian had gone to get the flooring with an apprentice in a van to start the job, so we had to wait until Lucian arrived to start the job. The wooden floor’s were fitted within 6 hours, it was left very untidy with the wall trims not nailed on correctly they were coming away from the wall, also 1 wall had no trimmings ,also the trim did not match the flooring it looked odd. I called Lucian the man I had worked with who stated I could paint the trimming to match the colour!!! He said he would send the fitter back to put the work right this was over 6 weeks ago still no one has been out to look, or no phone calls nothing. I asked for white trimming and he said this would be £35 extra. I was charged for the flooring and 2 days work £180 a day but the job took 6 hours he had finished by 3pm on the same day, I paid almost £1000 for the floors doing, when I questioned this I was told as the flooring was brought in a different van with Lucian and his apprentice this was a charge due to extra work and paying the apprentice, who only stayed a few hours not 2 days work. This was no fault of mine as the materials should’ve arrived with the worker at the start time. I was charged for materials and labour and then all the materials were took away which I had paid for not knowing if I had overpaid for unused materials. I feel as if I was taken advantage of due to my age and I have a disabled husband who was very poorly at the time. I’ve made numerous phone calls and he said unless I paid the extra £35 the matter was closed.

I have always used Lucian and his team wherever I have moved to and have been amazed by the quality of product supplied for my budget and the standard of installation. The final product is excellent, I would never go elsewhere.
