A friendly, family feeling on entering with the familiar smell of hydrochloride and varnish.....not unpleasant, I may add.Walk-ins only, no appointment system which, I guess, can be a pain sometimes.My first time there for a new set of nails, gel and varnish.....reasonable rates. Very delicate artwork too.

Walked in around 1pm, 10 minute wait. In the middle of my appointment I suddenly became very unwell and unable to see very well. the staff were absolutely brilliant and kept an eye on me and made sure i had everything i need. very compassionate and kind. will always go back! Update: I’ve been going back for the past 4 months! lovely staff and loving my christmas nails xx

Iv been here a few times good nails last around 2-3 weeks friendly staff,The only down side they don't offer tea or coffee for customers

Had my nails done BIAB and gel on Saturday morning, by Saturday evening I noticed my tips were squidgy, pressed down on them and reveled uncured gel. I've been itching all weekend because of the uncured gel so I've had a reaction. I went into the establishment Monday evening and asked for a refund. they stated they don't offer refunds, they will redo the nails. this would have been fine, however due to having a reaction, i couldn't have them redone. unable to refund the £35 I spent. Would not recommend.

Good service, efficient and cost effective. It's a little rude that they mutter between themselves in their own language while serving clients but overall a good service
