Sunday roast was fantastic in this friendly and awesome pub. Get amongst it, and make sure you book ahead.

Booked for 3pm Sunday dinner for 4. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was very nice and enough to feed an army. After starter and dinner there was no room for desert. Price was good as was the beer. Recommended.

Friendly staff, good selection of drinks. Beer garden was big. Brilliant play area for the kids.Lovely setting.Was there for a party, the food buffet was really good.Highly recommend this pub!

Attentive friendly staff and the food that I ordered was enjoyable. Was advised that there was a bit of a wait for food but to be honest my food order arrived in reasonably quick time (and I'm from London where the pace of life tends to be quicker). They offer a small and a large portion size of fish and chips - the one in the photo was of their small portion which was plenty large enough even for my healthy appetite! Will be back to try out some of the other meals this week as I'm staying in the area on holiday and this is effectively my nearest local.
