The lack of communication is very poor. They are saying that I declined for my last filling, when I never said that! I just did not have the time and the money to do two filling in the same moment and I asked for a new appointment for my last filling. They cancelled my appointment because the dentist went on maternity and now they want me to pay for an emergency appointment or a new check up plus the filling, because they say that I declined and that they closed my treatment!They do not care for their clients. !!!

WOW what a specialist went in to see Imran Rangzeb about an implant as one of my front teeth had broken and my regular dentist said that was what was needed and he didn't offer that service. Had a preliminary interview and he said he could do a crown at a considerable less cost than an implant. Two treatment sessions later and I have a new crown perfectly matched to my other teeth. He was very confident it would work and he was right. He kept me informed every step of the way so I was aware of what was happening. He was also a very nice person who was nice person who only wanted the best for me.

Absolutely amazing service wish there was more than 5 stars, my daughter has had two sessions now with Sarah, she is absolutely amazing extremely friendly, made my daughter feel at ease who hates going to the dentist no matter what for. Sarah is helpful, polite and you can tell she cares about her patients. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Recently been changed to Aristarchos Zinonos and what a difference. I am not great with dental procedures, however he is extremely patient and makes sure to account for this. I have never had a better experience at a dentists, especially for things like teeth extractions! Also his dental assistant is fantastic at well, very reassuring and kind throughout. Thank you :)

I came to this practice when my own dentist merged with some others. The dentists, dental nurses and surgery itself are of the highest calibre but, unfortunately after only a few months, I have come to a place of having to make a second complaint and both are regarding the same issue. Exceptionally rude receptionists who think that they can speak to customers in whichever manner they choose and it is letting the practice down heavily.

I recently saw Mariam and had my teeth whitened using the enlighten system. I am so happy with the results, previously I have tried different systems and found the results to be very disappointing but my teeth have lightened several shades and are whiter than ever! I had barely any sensitivity and found the system very easy to use. Mariam was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I will definitely be back!

Have been with the practice for a long time and can't fault them at all. I've recently been seeing the oral hygienist, I highly recommend this service. The hygienist was very helpful and gave me lots of advice to better my oral health. This service would be perfect for young children to learn the correct ways of looking after their teeth. Can't thank them enough for the help and support I have received from them. The new practice is great as well.

If there were more stars to give I would .absolutely amazing Aristarchos was fantastic with me I was so nervous about having my treatment done but Aristarchos made me feel relaxed,comfortable and at ease. He's so professional and explained everything to me and more ..Thank you

What a complete lack of professionalism and communication from Mydentist Crossgates.I was never told that mydentist had moved from Selby Rd,Halton to Crossgates, so today i missed my appointment and was told to ring back in September.Absolutely fuming because i had 2 text messages saying dont forget your appointment but they cant even text me to say they have moved

Absolutely fantastic work by Tess (Dentist) and Bernie (Dental Nurse)! A brilliant team, with Tess' good natured humour and obvious skill, and Bernie's highly professional and reassuring support, making for an outstanding experience! Thank you to you both, and to the surgery as a whole for having these two working there!
