Whilst the delivery was a bit slower than expected, I was quickly replied to in my email, informing me that the product was at a different warehouse and that it would be dispatched within 3 days. Once despatched, the product arrived quickly and undamaged. Good service.

My 3 star review is based on the fact that the product in question was ship poorly. The packaging came heavily damaged. Unfortunately some of the figures packaging also got damaged. The postal service also clarified to me that was how it arrive at the postal office.They would have gotten 5 stars if they put a note sturdy material inside of the box, so it doesn't get damaged.As for the shipping speed I am satisfied

I regularly order from the website because in my opinion it's the best place to get what I'm after and the items arrive in perfect condition and really quickly too. The Space Marine command set is a good set with plenty of options and lots of detail. I can't wait to get it painted.

I live in Canada and I received my order in 4 days!! Unbelievable!! They had in stock an expansion and many inserts I couldn’t find here. It was even a bit cheaper than ordering with a company from USA. Everything was well packed and in good condition. I definitely recommend Zatu!

No issues with any of the several orders I've placed over the years.Added bonus, most books are shipped in boxes that are the ideal size for cats to claim as their new favourite sleeping spot! Much more snug than a silly cat bed, and you get books!

Recently bought Bohnanza card game in sale which made this a great price! Decent postage cost and delivered quite quickly too. The game is a really fun game for friends or family of most ages to be honest, where you haggle to grow beans of the same type for coins. One with most coins at the end of the game wins!

Very Disappointing Experience with Zatu Games.I placed an order for 3 items on 25/11/2023 and patiently waited for 10 days, only to find that the items hadn't arrived. When I attempted to contact Zatu Games by phone on a Monday, I spent an hour trying to reach them, but they refused to pick up. Frustrated, I sent an email to inquire about my order. Two days later, they responded, revealing that one of the items was in a different warehouse. They assured me it was in the post and on its way. However, after an additional 8 days, the item has yet to arrive.This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially considering these items were intended as Christmas presents. My advice to anyone contemplating a purchase from Zatu Games is to look elsewhere. I am now forced to shop around, desperately trying to secure the same items and ensure delivery before Christmas. Zatu Games should be ashamed of their service, and I will not be shopping with them again.
