Excellent tailoring, very impressed. Had a pair of bootcut jeans and a shirt shortened. It cost £31 slightly on the steep side but The stitching and finishing is immaculate, can’t praise the tailor enough (sorry I didn’t get her name) but she was really friendly, has brown hair and wears glasses. You would never guess that it’s been tailored- looks just as good as the original stitching if not better. I will definitely be back again for future tailoring and would highly recommend her. I had my wedding dress altered here. The process took a month, I went in several times for the lady to fit me and explained what she was doing the whole way through. I saw my dress taken apart and put back together, it went from being too big in one place and too small in another to fitting me perfectly, I couldn't believe it. They're very friendly and professional people, kept me up to date with what was happening. Very happy with their service, would highly recommend

Expensive and DisappointingI appreciate the amount of great reviews from local customers but, we've had a rough ride over the last month. Partner put a dress in for alterations and £64 seemed steep, but when the dress was picked up, the dress length hadn't been raised enough. Brought it back and charged another £40 to get it done in time for the wedding. No apology or completing the original job for free... charged again!We also put a basic suit in for adjustments and it cost over £150 to make the changes, which was more than the suit cost.Maybe it was bad luck, maybe we'll just shop around more next time.

Have been to this place twice now for dry cleaning and alterations to Indian skirts and normal full length gowns (downsize of being 411!)Always a straightforward experience and the ladies know exactly what they are doing and offer advice which you can choose to take but are not obliged to. My skirts/dresses came back perfectly fitted and ready on time. They don't have a price list
