Difficult to get hold of, does not respond to calls. let me down in the end completely. He was recommended by a neighbour, who said I will have to chase up, but did god work. OK, I'll live with that I thought. His estimate was high but I wanted the work done quickly. He turned up at the door, but because of a messup, he could not get access. said he was not interested anymore, and I only found out by chasing him on the phone. After all the arrangements and emails.

Did a full bathroom refurb ripping out the old bath, toilet, basin, replacing with shower, basin, all new tiling and new sink. Good advice on best layout and top quality finish done to time. Neat and tidy throughout.Very happy and would recommend.

Have used Brian's (mainly his son Neil) for a number of years now. He did a superb job on the ensuite for our loft five years ago (as well as fitting rads etc) and regularly services the boiler. As money was tight, we decided to use a local 'builder' from Gravesend to do the refurb for our family bathroom. Complete disaster. Had to get Neil and team in to fix leaks and recheck all connections. Again, did a superb job. Very professional. You defo get what you pay for.

Sean from Brian's plumbing came to investigate a problem with our hot water system. Spent time checking everything and advised was a fault with our water softener and advised us to contact a water softener engineer.Problem with our dishwasher which Sean checked and advised this can sometimes happen, run it again and if it happens again, give us a call. He was right, no problem.An honest trustworthy company and we would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Brian's company were fab, they came out the same day that we called them, and a new boiler was fitted 3 days later. The staff were friendly, helpful and friendly. Would heartily recommend this company for plumbing issues.

Excellent and honest service, Since newly moved to Gravesend after buying the flat, I had a issue with the boiler (low pressure ) and Radiator (not working) after googling for a plumber in Gravesend, came across Brian and he promptly came to my place and immediately fixed my issues, I was amassed by his skills, service and honesty.
