I also recommend Karen highly. She has helped me several times with my iMac and also with my wife's Macbook Pro. She is excellent at getting to the heart of a problem and has revealed several mysteries to me that are supposed to be intuitive. She does into change too much and has what I think is a sensible level of scepticism about the default settings that computer manufacturers try to tempt users into. All of our sessions have been remote via Anydesk, which I had to get used to at first. It was quickly clear how effectively Karen was able to work via this method.
