ClubWifi have had an office at Partridge House for two years now, the team have been very accommodating to us - we have moved offices a couple of times as the business has grown within the building.During lockdown the team were very understanding and reduced our rent - lets face it we all still had bills to pay!Before choosing this location, we had been in various similar buildings, however parking was ALWAYS an issue. Here we have designated parking. Perfect.We also hire the board room from time to time for client meetings. Everything we need in one place.

Off to a promising start but sadly a very poor experience overall. Several times bookings were cancelled despite paying for unlimited use" so clearly not as advertised. Plenty of better spaces in Exeter that operate a far more professional service."

Found a day where it was not too icy - had a walk around the top of the crater. Reminder that our earth is an amazing place and we are at its mercy. Well worth a visit. We went in February but I would like to visit again in summer to see it in another season.

Great value of money. I used it couple times for hotdesking. Fantastic professional service. Plenty of parking and amazing new cafe next door. Highly recommended, will use it again!

BEWARE AND AVOIDThere’s a reason these offices are almost empty.The front of house guy is the rudest surliest employee I’ve ever encountered , actually followed me off site into Kennford shouting F’ING this and F’NG THAT and in near apoplexy over a mini filing cabinet, should not be working with people .The next is that they destroy your deposit, £200for repaint see pictures for how we left it, £75 for emails , so on and on.Rude , arrogant , mercenaries.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the guys at Partridge House. They've been nothing but friendly during our time here and made the move in an absolute breeze. Highly recommend any small businesses investigating office space in Exeter look here first.

Great office space, with great facilities.Easy to find, convenient parking and modern rooms with AC.Alex and Dean have always gone above and beyond for me, and provide an excellent service. Thank you for making renting an office so easy!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Nice office space but run by a group of rude and mercenary individuals.We actually had someone follow us off site hurling abuse and expletives over a small filing cabinet.We then had our deposit ripped apart including a £75 cost for emails !!!!There is a reason their offices are empty.We run a care business and on the day we moved out the office we actually had a disabled client with us and Dean was extremely aggressive and rude in front of him!!!!No consideration at all, seemed a bit salty that we had decided to terminate our contract.Should be nowhere near a customer service job.I would avoid at all costs !!!!!!! There are plenty of other offices in the area.Enjoy running an empty office block chaps.
