I just rented a property with Andrew Reeves. What a great team and great service. They promised a lot but also - delivered as per their promise. Smooth process, assistance at every step - made my move stress-free. Very grateful and I strongly recommend Andrew Reeves.

I recently rented an apartment through Andrew Reeves. I really appreciate the support provided by the team , specially Alexia. She is a star. As this was the first time I rented, I had no idea about anything. Alexia even responded my mail on weekend and at 10 pm . Truly appreciate.

The process of renting a property is always hectic or so I thought until I met Max Everard Batchelor from Andrew reeves. He made the whole process seamless and made sure he understood what my requirements are and how better he can serve exceptionally. 10/10 on service. As an international graduate, he understood my terms, found the perfect place and cut all the redtape to make my shifting absolutely effortless.

It was a mess, & stressed situation when we visited the actual house after paying Andrew reeves. After repeatedly asking them for weeks and even while making the payment whether the things like the bathroom stuff, kitchen and garden that needed a repair were sorted or not they simply lied that it was but when we went to see the house we saw both was sorted moreover the house was very very dirty it wasn’t even cleaned leave about professionally cleaning.the floors of all the rooms, the kitchen counter and shelves were sooo dirty and add on the attic door was broken and was hanging, the gas hove wasn’t working in short it wasn’t in livable condition with a Toddler and when we tried to contact them (both by calls & emails) they didn’t even bother to reply back, next morning again we called them and then they said it was the owner’s responsibility to look after the maintenance and we where like you should have told us that before as we repeatedly kept on asking you about the same they said nothing to us at all before. It was a shock for us and then the owner said they have already Andrew reeves for all the works and weren’t aware of the gas & attic situation but they didn’t. Even as I write the house hasn’t been professionally cleaned but we had to move in as there’s as no other option. It’s dirty and we are spending more money in making it clean.Feels like cheated and completely let down by Andrew reeves.

Exceptionally helpful team who were proactive in helping us locate a new property, they made the process super easy and even gave us a nice gift box to celebrate moving into our new property. 10/10 service

I have had a wonderful experience. The rental properties are reasonably priced and the move in process is very smooth. The properties are just as advertised. There are no hidden charges. I would recommend them to everyone especially those who are new to the city.
