love pets at home but the only thing i have to say is that i asked one of the employees to tell me which food is best for my 4 jack russell’s and he told me it was AVA i bought the food since i wanted to change from royal canine as it is quite expensive. Since eating AVA my dogs have been coughing and not wanting to eat the food at all, they’ve been throwing up and coughing like crazy. They don’t throw up food, they throw up a white slimy texture like liquid. I’ve bought royal canine again and i will continue feeding them royal canine as they love it and eat royal canine like crazy and have never had any issues with it at all. 0 star review for AVA, i can’t believe i paid £50 for 15 kilos food that is endangering my dogs health.

Clearly don’t know how to groom a border collie 3 times I’ve taken him and doesn’t look any different from when he arrived. £67 for a wash and blow dry hardly any trimming nails not clipped properly after 2 hours. Don’t take a long hair dog there peeps total rip off will never go there again !!!

Went for fle treatment for my dog. The staff were very helpful and even offered to weigh him to make sure we had the right product. They also read the instructions for the shampoo for me as the writing was very small.

A bit over priced but good selection for ideas I went in for a few treats and ended up spoiling my pup

Typical pets at home, good customer service and usual products on sale. Young woman that works on the till on a Saturday evening always seems very pleasant.
